I have written to this guys many times, even in their website, to get some help because the module won't let me add the beginning and ending dates for the promotions. Yesterday I wrote to them again and even today and still nothing so I decided to let everybody know that their customer service sucks big time. Save yourself $84 dollars and buy another module, if you have any problem they won't even respond. Wish I could get my money back since I will have to buy another discounts module!!!. You can use the contact option there: http://addons.prestashop.com/contact-form.php (this is not the option in your order, that one re-directs to the developer and does not make sense to use in this case).
