help with payment module (from countries outside U.K)

Hi all, all is working with my website when it comes to choosing a courier and payment when setting 'england' as my address.

 

But currently if you select another country like 'hong kong' you can choose the courier but then it says 'no payment module set up'

 

Where would I adjust this so payment can be made through the paypal with countries outside the U.K

generally you would (under 1.5) modules-->payment

 

scroll down to Country restrictions

 

and select the countries you accept a particular payment method for.
