dkremer
Hi, i am using 2checkout latest version from their website and PS 1.5.3.1. My store has norm al CDs for physical distribution and MP3 Files as virtual products with associated files. For CDs everything works fine. After checkout from the cart 2checkout triggers mails to the buyer and the mechant. Then PS triggers 2 mails to the customer ( payment and order confirmation ) with attached invoice. Status in admin is correct as Payment Accepted. This seems to work. After last button in payment, the customer is linked back to his oder summary. BUT with virtual products no mails are triggered, no status is send to admin and the user is resend to a screen thatis a fraction of Home. In users order history a order is shown without a status. To make sure that ths is only with virtual products i repeated another order for physical CD. It works again. See screenshot. I think that 2 checkout cannot handle the addintional steps for virtual product in PS. Anyone with similar experience or already solving the problem ? Thanks in advance Detlef Kremer, germany Edited February 1, 2013 by dkremer (see edit history)
cchristenson
Hi Detlef, I maintain the module at https://github.com/craigchristenson/PrestaShop-2Checkout. To test I just made a fresh install of 1.5.3.1 and placed a sale for a virtual product, but did not encounter any issues. The emails were sent as normal and the order status was updated automatically so that as the buyer, I could download the product on the Order History page I was returned to. If you don't mind, please email me with your virtual product configuration details at [email protected] and I will be happy to work with you to get everything working properly. Thanks, Craig
