Problem to add Module

I bought a newsletter blog but I can not installed via the one click button.

 

I have this message pop up and I don't know where to go with this message.

 

I installed the module manually via my FTP.

 

I don't where the module control is in order to create news?

 

However, I can see the block Latest news but when I click on it. All CSS is mixup with the template that I have .

 

COuld you help ?

I would suggest that you contact the place you bought it from. That usually works for me

I'm looking for one too.

I have the same problem, the installation was automatically done by a2 hosting...

Are you sure that your newly bought module is compatible with your current Prestashop version?

I finally found the modeul check and correct. My fault ! Thank you Alastair.
