It triggers one of most dreadful errors PayPal response:TIMESTAMP -> 2013-01-15T15:03:41ZL_ERRORCODE0 -> 10729L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Shipping Address State EmptyL_LONGMESSAGE0 -> The field Shipping Address State is requiredL_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error so. My question is: how can I change it so state isn't a mandatory field? I want to change it to be optional. It would be best to change it for all countries.
