mainboard Posted January 14, 2013 Share Posted January 14, 2013 I have a prestashop store since a few months now and at first everything worked fine. However after a few weeks I got a problem with the checkout (i didn't even change anything, like I said it worked fine). The problem is: A customer can add products to the shopping cart. That works still fine. but then when you go to the shopping cart than you get an error saying: "An article in your shopping cart is not available in this quantity. You cannot proceed with your order" But beneath the error you can see everything in the shopping cart but you aren't able to proceed with the order. Back then the problem was gone when turning the friendly Url off and on again. very strange but that worked. At least thats what I thought. It worked again for a while but now since a few days the problem is back and now it won't go away no matter what I try. I even turned the whole stocksystem off but I still get the error. I mean I even don't have the option anymore to add a quantity to a product but I still get the error? Can someone help me please cause like I said I tried a lot but nothing seems to work. The shop is on www.mainboardcomputers.be The language is in dutch and not english so also the error is in dutch but I translated that in the beginning of my post so that should not be a problem I hope.
