BillyHardcore Posted January 7, 2013 Share Posted January 7, 2013 (edited) Hello, I have a problem with my inventory not being correctly updated when I cycle through my process of order status modes. When I update the order status to "Order Sent" - Only the Real Quantity gets updated, the physical and the other one stays. Usually I will change the mode once or twice. For instance: When customer pays, it gets set to "Payment confirmed" Next I choose "Order is being processed" And finally I choose "Order has been sent" The thing is, when I choose the Order Sent status, prestashop puts back the product it had taken from my stock/warehouse. I have fiddled alot with all the various checkmarks, and I can get it to remove one of the "Real" (the calculated) items, but I still have the same amount of "Usable" and "Physical" - after setting the order to sent. When they are adding manual orders to their system they are telling us that the stock quantities are not updating. Can someone from Prestashop please advise. Upon updating to the latest version, someone else on the forum noticed that in advanced stock management -> warehouse config the carriers were not selected - I selected and saved a few times (got error 500 everytime) and it worked.
