BGRider444 Posted January 3, 2013 Share Posted January 3, 2013 (edited) Hello everybody, I am trying to set up my new online magazine. However, I ran into problems, which I cannot solve by myself. I decide to run some testes. Everything was OK except the client’s e-mails. I translated the whole site, e-mails, modules etc (Cyrillic). As administrator, I am receiving readable e-mails and invoices without any problems. However, the “client” is receiving unreadable e-mails something like that: ??????? N?NS???N??: ?Y???N? ???N???N? ????????? ??? ????????N????? ??N?N?N??. Can you help me please whit that problem? I have the same problem whit PDF files also. Downloaded PDF invoices are unreadable. Meanwhile, I was doing sale testes. Everything like sales, vouchers, discount was working. Suddenly, the shop stopped to calculate the tax fee. Everything is there, the tax rules, tax code and country tax rules, product tax etc. When I am trying to set the product price, I discovered something else. The program does not calculate the “Retail price with tax”. It stays as same as “Pre-tax retail price” (with BG Standard rate 20%). If I try manually to insert the “Retail price with tax” value, the “Pre-tax retail price” changes to that value. I give up trying to solve the problem by my selves. I think the problem occurred (not sure) after I removed all test sales from the system, using “Delete Orders” Developed by :RSI.
