Product setup and upload product photos very slow

Hi Everyone,

I got big problem to set up my website, it is so slow on set up product details, and unbelieveable slow on upload photos to my site.

Average set up a simple product took about 15 minutes, I have to wait and wait, to do next information fill in.

Average upload a photo took about 8 minutes. Is my photo size too big ? in 72 dpi about 200 KB each photo, if it is too big, what would be the idea size ?

Can not colon product, have to do it one by one ?

I only have less than 50 products, but already took me 10 days just upload and complete very small portion of it, this is really killing me, please help !
