fpaul Posted December 13, 2012 Share Posted December 13, 2012 Hello, I am modifying Prestashop Template version 1.5.2.0 for my webshop. I am getting stuck at the ‘shipping’ part during the checkout process. I am getting following error message: “There is 1 error There are no carriers that deliver to the address you selected.” My webshop does not ship products physically but sends products as PDF files to the customer by e-mail. And I do not know how to deactivate ‘shipping’ process so that the customer can go ahead with the checkout process and make the payment. Can anyone help ? Many thanks in advance. Muad'Dib Posted December 13, 2012 Share Posted December 13, 2012 Hello, Have you selected BO > Products > concerned product > 'Virtual Product (services, booking and downloadable products)' checked for each of your products? That works for me. If that does not work it may be because you have no carrier defined -even if you are not using it-. Personally I do have items I ship so I do have carriers set up. I think you may have to set a carrier even if you do not use it for those specific products (even all in your case) because I think the script checks if a carrier is available for the region before checking if that is needed for the concerned product or not.
