Add Blocklanguages to new hook

Hi,

 

I would like to create a new hook where I can add the blocklanguages module.

 

I've inserted the new hook in the table ps_hook, and when I want to add the module to the hook, I can see the new hook. But when I want to add the module, I get the error message that the module could'nt be added to the hook. Anyone an idea?

 

I know I have to change the Frontcontroller.php also, and add my new hook there, but this didn't solve my error.
