is it possible to import customers from 1.3?

Hey everyone

 

i have a module that i used in my 1.3 store, that exports a csv of all the customer data

 

i've built a new 1.5 store and wanted to ask if it would it be possible to export customers from 1.3 and import them into 1,5 and preserve the login credentials?

 

if not, if i imported them via csv, would they be able to click lost password to recieve a new password?

Hello,

 

you can migrate your customer data from PrestaShop 1.3 to 1.5 using Cart2Cart service. But your clients will have to renew their password since this data is encrypted and can't be transfered.
