Shutiri Posted December 9, 2012 Share Posted December 9, 2012 Hello, I'm having similar issues reported on another thread: I created a new store, and the multi-store tree on the left just shows the default group; so I can't modify anything on the new shop. I also created a URL for my new shop, www.website/folder/ (as indicated, I let the script generate the folder automatically). When I clicked on it, it had added a slash at the end: www.website/folder// And the newly created URL/shop/folder... is not working at all. When I try to go there manually, I get redirected to http://website.com/index.php?controller=404 I'm considering Prestashop instead of Magento to move my business from my deprecated OsCommerce website. I really need multi-store functionality. Please let me know if multi-store functionality is an actual feature in Prestashop 1.5, or if it's just Beta testing. Thank you. BUT its 'friendly' URL won't work, so I can't actually use it yet (website.com/folder). I'm updating 2 threads about this at the same time, one on friendly URL and the other, this one, on multi-store. It actually seems to be related matters, obviously just an unlucky guess. It seems related to friendly url. when i click view store in BO, i get this : /cloth/index.php?controller=404 and Page not available We're sorry, but the Web address you entered is no longer available Can anybody help? Shutiri Posted January 11, 2013 Author Share Posted January 11, 2013 Hello, I upgraded to 1.5.3 and still unable to have multi-store working: So far, I have no idea if multi-store functionality is actually real in PS 1.5, because I can't see it at all. Mutli-store tree works (not in IE, but in Chrome it's ok). BUT, since friendly URLs are not working, I can't go to any store under any group. Any ideas? I'd really like to see this working. Site Posted January 11, 2013 Share Posted January 11, 2013 Hi, I have 2 shops working on version 1.5.3.0 Both under "Group: default" Try on the main shop switching, "Automatically redirect to Canonical URL" on / off or off / on And see if that helps? afazmin Posted January 13, 2013 Share Posted January 13, 2013 hi, i've created 2 other test shop using same 1.5.2v and the friendly url is working just fine. but still can't figure out what is wrong with my real shop. all installed on Wamp server. 2 shop friendly url working fine, 1 is not. i doubt its a server probs because i have 2 shop with same configuration and the friendly url is working. :wacko: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
