configuration access to the category

I need help to set up

Prestashop Version: 1.4.4.1

Now my problem

need to set the client to be able to store shopping only in this category

I wanted to make it look like this

example

Category A - full access

Category b - given access manually by the admin but I wanted to purchase products without possibilities to be visible as a directory for all customers
