URL rewrite

It says that friendly url is not on on the server, but it is,

this is my .htaccess which is in sub directory. Is that maybe a problem?

In the root folder I have installed Wordpress and shop is in root/shop/

got the same issue here using the latest release.

mod-rewrite enabled for apache but not working with PS
