Problem with mailalerts module...

Hi everybody.

 

I have a strange problem: I can't see the "mailalerts module" on modules' list in my back-office.

I've Prestashop 1.4.8.2 and I also try to re-install it, but nothing...

 

This because I want to send a mail to webmaster when customer makes an order and I read that I need that module.

do you see moudles/mailalerts using FTP?

 

do you know how to properly look for modules in the back office-->modules?

 

if not then find someone here you are comfortable with to have a look at your back office and if necessary supply them with FTP...because nobody can solve this with the post you made
