carelessoul Posted November 5, 2012 Share Posted November 5, 2012 I have a Prestashop installation at http://prestacart.tridel.net and I'm having problems with how the website is really, really slow. At first it was fast but when I already loaded products (I have around 12,000 products) that's when the problem of slow page rendering occurred. I've already done the necessary compression and caching but still it's really, really slow. Is there a way to make the website faster? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Although the Versions 1.4.6.2 up to 1.4.8.3 are having great problems on DB queries. If you use one of these PS versions you should upgrade at least to 1.4.9 and you don't want to upgrade to 1.5. latest. Unfortunatelly you are not mentioning which PS-version you are using.
