Need help generating forms for consignors.

I am really in the beginning stages of the site building process. I feel like I could handle the majority of the set up however I need specific forms created for and inserted into the site. I am creating an online consignment store and need ways to register consignors as well as offer them links to view product sales status. (Does Prestashop offer a consignment store specific solution?) They will also need to be able to automatically print shipping labels. Can anyone provide assistance or recommendations, it would be highly appreciated. Also on a side note, can you change colors in themes? If so how?
