Severel items with same attributes

Situation:

I have an item, where my customer can combine her own lift, and I will sew it for her. You can see the item here.

 

This gives a number of attributes for this item with fabric, that the customer can choose.

 

I have about 10 semilar items, that have the same attributes each.

 

Rigt now I have 1 piece in stock for each fabric in each item.

 

My "problem" is, that if one fabric goes out of stock (I have no more), I must remove the attribute in around 10 items. And sometimes I forget that. Then a customer can order something I can not deliver.

 

Is there a module, that can handle attributes for more than one item, so if I change one place, it takes effect on 10 items.

 

Or do you have a hint to make this easier for me?
