lansolo19
Hi everyone, I try to figure out a problem that a lot of people should have faced with but can't find any solved topics about : I'd like to switch the store in maintenance mode for everyone trying to access the store's domain, but still need the shop being enabled to simulate orders, view prices and finalizing developments. Replacing the index.php by a custom static page is ok, but in my case, I' like to have the true homepage viewable as well. Is there any way to to this ? Kind of allowing maintenance IP to go all over the working store while others land on maintenance page... Thanks
hxd
The back office has such a function. For PrestaShop version 1.4 go to Preferences tab; the first two options on that page are for enabling/disabling the shop and adding maintenance IP addresses. For PrestaShop version 1.5, in your admin panel go to Preferences>Maintenance and you'll find the settings there. Hope this helps.
lansolo19
Thanks for your interest. Unfortunately, I don't have the latest prestashop version. I'm afraid of updating it at this point. Anyway it seems they just moved these options in a separated tab. It's a pity the store is not fully working when shop is disabled..
