Order page not showing product details and price

Hi all,

 

I am trying to set up a store using Prestashop, I have managed to modify the theme's look and feel in a minor way, right now I am experiencing a very strange problem (or problems):

 

1) After adding a product to the cart, inside the order page, it says 1 product, but no price or any product name/details are shown

 

2) The "Add to cart" button does not work in category page view, only works inside the product page itself

 

3) Sometimes the "Add to cart" button does not even work in the product page itself

 

Pls kindly help me if you know a solution to this. Thanks!!
