Customer registration in IE - failed

Hello,

1.)

now I accidentally discovered that my initial customer registration does not work. I tried it in Firefox, Chrome, Maxthon and there is fine, but in IE when you click the Register button, nothing happens.

 

2.)

I would like to get rid of in order without state registration field. I tried prohibitions America, but it did not help :-(. Someone you do not know, please, where it gives off? Because there is a blank value and registration for the third fall :-(

 

3.)

If you set the type of orders in one step, not next to the little phone red asterisk, as it is mandatory field, so when a customer does not fill, it becomes that he will write to said at least one valid telephone number, which is probably stupid, when it "is not" mandatory :-)

I have the same probleme (Number 1)

On internet Explorer, it is not possible to register on an OPC order.

Can't find why... can someone help?
