Default language problem Prestashop 1.4.9, no land code in URL

My site: http://www.Dagnez.com

 

I have several languages. Default language is at the moment English.

If I change language, I am taken to, for example: www.dagnez.com/es/ which is Spanish website.

 

Now, if I want to go back to English, it is impossible, because in source code the default language gives just a domain name without language code in URL and the cookies (or sth) keeps chosen language which is Spanish.

 

So the question is: How to force showing default language code in URLs?

just checked , but seems your default is spanish if i switch to germany , italy

it works 100 %

so i think you have to look in your BO to your languages

especialy to english

Well, all other languages work fine, just when you want to go back to default language, which is English, it doesn't work, because it doesn't add an "/en/" at the end of the URL.

 

Any idea why or how to force "/en" to show up?

have you check in your bo -> tools-languages

if english is enabled and for sure the default language ?

cause it seems that spanish is still your default language

I am very sure of that. I guess it is some module that meddled with that but I deleted all language/redirect stuff already. I used different domain for each lang before.

the shop is in english

seems it is indeed your language module

perhaps you can try to de-install and re-install the module again

are the permissions ok for this module ? folder and subfolders 777

Yes, all is fine. I have read in forum that for the default language it is set that no language code is showing, but I guess it is hard coded. Nyone knows where to change it that even default language will show language in URL?
