price with 4 places 0,0000

How modify tools.php

  case 1:
$ret = $c_char.$blank.number_format($price, $c_decimals, '.', ',');
break;

 

to get detail 4 places price?

 

Now I have

 

£ 0.02

 

should be £ 0.0283

 

And this price should by counting by cart.

Please help.
