spott Posted October 22, 2012 Share Posted October 22, 2012 Hi I am facing a strange problem. Can some one give a hint - where to look. Is this error related with some database tables or is some file missing? So whats the problem. I am filling all needed information (no mather is it quest checkout, or costumer, or returning costumer). This is step 1 picture Now - when I am pressing Next, at next order step the Address is missing (step 2) When I am pressing then Next, I am getting "This address is not in a valid area" error, but address information is again filled (step 3) After that I can processed with order. This is not theme problem as these pictures I take also with default theme. Please don't give the answers - "check the carriers". This is not related with carriers. Problem is that from one step to other - address information get lost and then it coming back. Can it be database related? I discovered that one upgrade was not fully made (I think 1.4.5 to 1.4.7). But I executed all sql command and filled all needed tables. Right now this store (test store), where we can see this problem running 1.4.9. Original store with 1.4.7 - there is no that problem.
