Can't open account holder details

I am unable to open the link to account holder info:

 

So when click on the name for a user already logged into my site, or anything account related for the customer (like the footer information: account,my orders,vouchers etc) I get this:

 

"The website encountered an error while retrieving "myaddress"/index.php?controller=my-account. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly."

 

Obviously I have subbed "my address" for the url.

 

It may well be a a slice of code gone amiss, but as a newbie, I am a little stumped.

 

Can anyone help?

 

Ok.... Just looked again, and its the account holders name, and the main Accout link above 'my orders' 'vouchers' etc. Everything else is fine
