[Solved] shipping cost if more than one product is in the cart

Hi, I’m setting up my first prestashop (1.4.9.0), and I’ve a question about shipping costs.

I’ve defined the shipping costs calculated by weight.

The problem is in the shipping costs calculation, if in the cart there is more than one product: the total amount is the sum of the shipping cost of each product, while I thought that it should be calculated by the total weight of the products.

I explain: I’ve defined the first weight range between 0 and 1 kg, and its price is 2 euros; if I have in the cart three different products which weight is 0,30 kg each, the total weight amount is less than 1 kg: the total shipping cost calculated is 6 euros, and not 2 euros as I’m expected.

Is it correct? Is there any parameter I have not correctly defined?
