Get the feed in the each languages

I have some question.

 

 

 

I 'd like to get the feed in the each languages,

e.g. RSS feed in English　,RSS feed in French ,RSS feed in Japanese etc...

 

 

Usually get feed by:

http://yourdomein.com/modules/feeder/rss.php

 

Hopefully if I could get by...

e.g.

http://yourdomein.com/modules/feeder/rss.php?id_lang=0

or

http://yourdomein.com/modules/feeder/rss.php?id_lang=en

http://yourdomein.com/modules/feeder/rss.php?id_lang=ja

 

 

Please some one tell me solution.
