Customer Sent Email Error

Hello,

 

Firstly, excellent job on the shop, i was an os-commerce user to start with then migrated to Prestashop, It is so much faster and easier to use.

 

My query:

 

My customers are complaining they cannot send me a message.

I have had a look, when sending from the storefront there is no selection, usually Webmaster or Customer Service. I have looked in the back office in Preferences / Employees / Contact, where the list usually is there is a yellow box with Bad SQL query in place of the list.

When trying to add a new one to replace the missing parts i get this message An error occurred while creating object. contact (Unknown column 'email' in 'field list') so now i cannot replace the missing list.

 

If anyone has any ideas it would be most appreciated.
