CSV Import - System ignoring some categories

Hi guys,

 

Im completely stuck and would really appreciate some help!!

 

Ive been working on getting products to import into prestaship 1.4.8.2 and 1.5.0.17 and I have mastered the import process except some products after the import dont have categories linked to them.

 

There are 1500 products in the list to import but have uploaded a sample for you guys to look at.

 

For example the product with the following imports with no categories;

 

"gac0537";"Cotton rich tights by Preetee Kids - Black";"Latest Arrivals,Accessories,Latest Clothing Arrivals,3 - 7 Year olds,3 - 7 Year old Girls,3 - 7 Year old Socks,3 - 7 Year old Girls socks,3 - 7 Year old Girls,3 - 7 Year olds,7 - 13 Year old Socks,7 - 13 Year old Girls,7 - 13 Year olds,";"3.0000";"Great basic - cotton rich tights by Preetee Kids. Lovely quality. ";"1";"";"2";"0";"1"

 

but this product imports with all categories;

 

"toy0299";"Adorable flopsie giraffe by Aurora";"Latest Arrivals,Latest Toys and Gift Arrivals,Nappy cake and baby basket supplies,Aurora,";"6.036";"Adorable flopsie giraffe, extra squidgy with a beany tummy! Approx 8' ";"1";"http://www.dropshipkids.co.uk/members/media/single-images/toy0299.gif";"1";"1";"1"

 

The fields I have used for import are Reference, Name, Cateories, Price EX vat, description, ignore, images, ignore, ignore, Active

 

I thought it might be to do with the categories having hyphens (-) in the names but ive tried with just 1 category with a hyphen and this works.

 

Can anyone shed any light onto this problem? Ive spent weeks on this already and am just totally stuck now
