Live edit does not work with new template

hi every one,

 

I just started to use prestashop, was practicing with defailt template and everything ok, however i can´t access Live edit with a new template i just added.

 

I´m using pretashop 1.5.0.17

 

I click on live edit, it loads for two seconds but suddendly goes blank...

 

 

could anyone pls help me with this? I ´m a little bit blocked, i need to take some content out of the homepage, and also can´t find the modules on Modules >Positions so live edit is crutial for it!!
