Guest Posted October 5, 2012 Share Posted October 5, 2012 Hi all, If someone is returning an item because it is faulty, under the European Distance Selling Regulations I have to refund not only the initial delivery charge but also the cost of the customer returning the item to me. But in PS I am only able to refund the initial delivery charge and the price of the product, is there a way for me to add in the cost of the customers delivery cost of returning the item?
