{SOLVED}Can't change My Account footer h4 background color.

I installed the latest 1.5 version, and am using the default theme. I have looked everywhere, but can't get the background color changed for the My Account block header in the footer. I have been looking for hours - I give up. Hope someone can tell me how to change the background. I went to global.css, my-account.css, but nothing worked for me. Screenshot is attached.
