How to: automatic discont based on ship location's state

Hi there,

 

I'd like to offer an automatic discount for people living in earthquake-hit areas.

I'd like to apply automatically a 10% discount to all orders to ship to these selected states (provinces) of Italy.

 

 

Is there a way to do it?

Do you know some module that can offer this kind of discount-system.
