Not all emails sent using german language

Hi,

 

I have a webshop with 4 languages: dutch, english, german en french.

 

When a customer buys a downloadable product using dutch, english or french he receives 3 status messages:

 

1. payment accepted

2. invoice

3. downloadable product

 

when he uses the german language he only receives a payment accepted status mail.

 

Any solutions?
