Putting text in the header

Wondering how I can get some text, a shop slogan to appear in the header. The only module I have found for text, hometexteditor, cannot be transplanted to the header. Thanks if you have an idea

one solution is to manually edit header.tpl inside your themes directory.....insert a div with your text and then styling it in global.css ....

I created a module that allows you to enter text for your logo and slogan.

 

You can fully customize your .css using the back office-->translate-->installed modules...

Thanks for the download. After installation, not sure how the module is used. There is no 'configure' option
