Making Corrections in Catagory headings

Okay i have a route file Art4u landscapes and wildlife

Then i have a file Landscape Paintings

Wildlife Paintings

Landscape photos

Wildlife Photos

 

I want to delete the photo and i would like to type in some info in landscape photo and wildlife photo. How do i edit those files Now that i put it in i click on catagory and the only one that opens is art4ulandscapes and wildlife. The sub catagories does not.

 

 

Also i used the image slider and put some photos in it. But it distorted them i wanted to go back and change it but again now i cannot edit it. How can i change that Please.

I am not very tech minded im a senior so please give specific directions how to fix these things. Thank you. Teresa

The reason you did not get a reply so far is probably because your post does not make much sense. Post screen captures for before and after. A site address would also be helpful.
