Change Category Name in html to include italics

Hi all. I have a client who wants me to amend a word on the site to appear in italics. This word is currently appearing in the category headings and also the category names (ie the navigation).

 

I cant see any obvious tpl file to amend to achieve this so I was wondering if anyone could advise me where I can amend the html in a root file so that this part of the word appears in italics.

 

I should point out that I also need to add links etc to the body of the category dext description and this I think will be driven by the same area... that I cant find !

 

Obviously I cant amend in the Categories section of the back office as that does not allow me to post html so I wondered if anyone had any ideas. Many thanks : Dom
