How to add specific (older) product to be shown in block new products

Hi ai have a nice theme, there are block of new products on homepage showing, I want a specific products (older products) to be shown in this block new products.

How to change the module so specific oldre product will be as new product? Or are there any way to change the date added to a specific date, so the prestashop will recognize it as a new?

What we do in these cases here and then is copy a product 1:1 and delete the older version. But I have not found another way to mark an old product as new.
