Ceslovas Posted September 13, 2012 Share Posted September 13, 2012 Hello, we had some viruses and malware in our server and we paid to one guy to clean it. He cleaned our server and changed permissions of our files and folders (for security purposes). After such change my Prestashop not working anymore. I tried to change some folders permissions (from manual) to 755, however no luck. My website address http://www.forever.lt/aloe-vera/ and it shows "500 Internal Server Error". It uses Prestashop Version 1.3.1.1 Back office works fine. As I understand it is permission issue. All files (such as index.php, settings.php, etc.) have attributes 444. Folders have attributes 777.
