Customer Follow-Up Module - Error Emails?

Hi everyone,

 

My Customer Follow-Up module isn't functioning correctly. When I call the provided URL, my email inbox is flooded with "undeliverable:" emails

 

"The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:

 

@p3nlhg555.shr.prod.phx3.secureserver.net on 9/12/2012 10:16 AM

The e-mail account does not exist at the organization this message was sent to. Check the e-mail address, or contact the recipient directly to find out the correct address.

< p3nlhg555.shr.prod.phx3.secureserver.net #5.1.1 SMTP; 550 5.1.1 User unknown>"

 

 

Does anyone know how to remedy this?

This is the error with numeric code 5.1.1.

 

I quote from microsoft website:

 

Troubleshooting: Verify the recipient address, and then resend the message. Verify that the recipient address is formatted correctly and that the categorizer was able to correctly resolve the recipient.

I realize it is an email issue, but this CRON job / module automatically grabs whatever email they provide and emails them.. In theory. Obviously it is not doing its job if every single email returns an error.

 

I do not know how to edit the module to grab the correct email address.
