Picture problem thickbox presta 1.4.8.2. and 1.3.x theme installed

I try to solve a problem for a long time, but nothing. I am at the end with my nerves.

The problem is:

 

I installed prestashop version 1.4.8.2 and then i installed the mobilestore theme for presta 1.3.x which is free to use. Two problems:

 

1. When i click on a product picture, only a big window opens with the product...but i cant click on next picture or previous picture or close...there are no buttons...so how to replace the old thickbox with new fancybox in this older theme...

 

2. When i click on a product...and then on the big picture, nothing happens. No picture popup...

I would like when i click on a big or a small picture, that a fancybox pop ups and i have buttons for next pic, previous pic...close...

The problem is right there. Why use a 1.3 theme with 1.4? Either use PS 1.3 or a theme for PS 1.4.

I thought that presta 1.4 has many fixes and works faster. So I installed prestashop and the old theme, which was for free and very nice design. The theme is working...but there are only small bugs, and one of them is, that fancybox doesn't work...i would like to have this working on my current system...without to install the old prestashop. I know it's only some problem in js and product.tpl, but i don't know where, because im not an expert in coding.
