Work on Category Panel

Hi All,

 

I'm a newbie and I'm trying to figure out how to change things in the different panels.

 

I have managed to change some of the background (see picture) to white, and change the color of the font, but I can't figure out the following;

 

1) How can I remove the gray around the block, so that it's completely white.

2) How can I change the background header where the word CATEGORY stand.

3) How to change the CATEGORY word in another word.

 

I hope someone can help me.
