Problem with SSL and 1&1 hosting

Hello,

 

I have a 1&1 account for my website on prestashop. I ordered a SSL certificate, but it doesn't work.

When I go in administration on Preferences page, I clicked on the link to activate SSL, but I have an error message : it's impossible to display the page, the secure connexion can't be done:

"https://www.kenka-boutique.fr/adminxxxx/index.php?tab=AdminPreferences&token=xxx » car Safari ne peut pas établir une connexion sécurisée au serveur « www.kenka-boutique.fr »."

Idem in Firefox.

The hosting is mutualized (pack Essentiel) with a SSL certificate from Geotrust.com.

 

Someone can help, please?
