Having trouble with cart options & picture combos

For instance:

ShoeDesign1-size 6-blue-male

ShoeDesign2-Size 6.5-Green-male

ShoeDesign1-Size 5-Blue-female

ShoeDesign2-Size 6-Green-female

 

Is there a way to use the product combination generator to upload all of those kinds of combinations, but also easily selecting a green image to go with all the possible size combinations, dependent on male or female? If I was going to do this for 50 possible combinations it'd take at least 20 minutes, this seems like something so simple.
