Urgent! Field country in the form CREATE ACCOUNT

I need some help. My shop is almost ready but there's an issue.

 

I have noticed that when a customer tries to create an account for the field country there's 2 options:

France

or

-

 

How to display all the list of countries?

from your back office-->Shipping-->countires

 

make sure to enable all countries that you shop to

During the sales process step 4 the customer should accept the conditions...

but there's an issue with the link...

...3-conditions-de-vente?content_only=1

The file is

...3-conditions-de-vente

You can't display the conditions both in French and in English when you click on the link...

How to fix this issue?

I don't know that this helps but here is an example of an eng/esp terms that works.

http://www.mydomain.com.es/en/content/3-terms-and-conditions-of-use?content_only=1

http://www.mydomain.com.es/es/content/3-condiciones-de-uso?content_only=1

It's how it is set.

 

Argh... I'm stupid :-) My browser has blocked the opening of a new window... that's why I couldn't see them.
