steve_c Posted August 11, 2012 Share Posted August 11, 2012 Hi this has happened 5 times now over the last few weeks. I get a PayPal payment for an order. I look in Customers > Shopping Carts. The shopping cart has an order ID next to it. I go to my orders page. This order is NOT there. Not visible at all. The order number is skipped. Strangely, it only started happening to me about a month ago after a few hundred orders. I've been dealing with it by manually modifying my database through phpmyadmin. I'm guessing an "upgrade to v1.5" would solve this, but that isn't always a viable solution for people - especially if customisation has occurred on the shop and module compatibility may not be guaranteed.
