Assigning postage prices to Northern Ireland

Hi there,

 

I am having problems when it's coming to adding shipping for Northern Ireland. Northern Ireland requires shipping which is slightly more expensive and uses different couriers in the sense of it not being on Britain's main island.

 

So to cut to the chase - I have created a new "Zone" in the territories of e.g. Europe, Oceania, North America, South America etc. And called it "Northern Ireland" and have assigned the Northern Ireland courier to this Zone and also assigned the "Country" "Northern Ireland" to the "Northern Ireland" Zone.

 

The problem is - is that I am not getting any shipping options to show up after setting all these options.

 

Has anybody experienced similar problems? What would be the best/easiest way to solve this problem as in - what would be the best way to overcome shipping costs which differ to different countries?

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please post a screenshot to help us understand, my friend. One common mistake in shipping customization is making weight ranges for the carrier and set to parameters of shipping in general, carrier fees vary by total cost. I hope that I helped a bit.

Hi,

 

Thanks for the reply. Here are some images of our back end. The Northern Ireland postage is not being accepted into the front end ordering system when you register and select Northern Ireland as an address.

You can see Northern Ireland as a zone at the bottom here. I did not know how to set different carriers for the same zone in different areas:

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
