khangwei Posted July 30, 2012 Share Posted July 30, 2012 Hi everyone, My prestashop has a slightly different workflow, such that I want to send the order confirmation only after the status changes to a custom one that I have created. I disabled the order confirmation email sent by default (by commenting it away). I then tag the new custom status with the order_conf template. However, the values are not being matched so my email being sent are appearing in { } with no values going in. Any advice anyone? Thanks alot!
