Voucher Discount Per Product Quantity

So unless I am missing something vouchers can only discount as a percent of the order or dollars off for the whole order.

 

Is there any way (or a module) that allows you to take dollars off per each product in the cart?

 

ie: I buy 3 of xyz, enter the correct voucher code and get $2 off per each xyz so I would get $6 off.

Not in default install. There may be a module for it.
